Made to Order. Crafted with Intention. Every VVID Essentials piece is created only after your order is placed.

This allows us to avoid mass-production waste, maintain quality, and ensure each garment is crafted specifically for you.

2. Production & Shipping Timeline

• Production time: 3–5 working days
• Delivery time: 7–10 working days (location dependent).
• You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Note: During festivals, high-volume sales, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer  our team will always keep you updated.

3. Where We Ship

We currently ship across India.
(If you need international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order.)

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays caused by:
 • Weather disruption
 • Courier issues
 • Operational strikes
 • Incorrect or incomplete address
 • Natural events are outside our control however, we will assist you until the order is delivered.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts:
 • The package may be returned to us
 • Re-delivery can be arranged (additional shipping charges may apply)

Please ensure your phone number and address are correct while placing the order.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
