1. Return & Exchange Policy
đźš« No Returns. No Exchanges.
Because all VVID Essentials items are made to order, we do not accept:
 • Size exchanges
 • Returns due to fit preference
 • Color or design preference
 • “Change of mind” or buyer’s remorse
A detailed size guide is provided on every product, and customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before checkout.
Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or exchanged.
2. Replacement Policy (Defects Only)
We will replace an item only if:
 • it arrives damaged,
 • has a clear manufacturing/printing defect, or
 • an incorrect product was delivered.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Â Order number
- Â Clear photos/video of the defect
- Â Images of the packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Replacements are not issued for wear & tear, improper washing, or sizing issues.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
