Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns.
No Exchanges.

Because all VVID Essentials items are made to order, we do not accept:

  • Size exchanges
  • Returns due to fit preference
  • Color or design preference
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
A detailed size guide is provided on every product. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before checkout. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or exchanged.

Replacement Policy

Defects Only

We will replace an item only if it falls into one of these categories:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Clear manufacturing or printing defect
  • Incorrect product was delivered

To report a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the defect
  • Images of the packaging

Replacements are not issued for wear & tear, improper washing, or sizing issues. Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

6-Hour Window

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstance.
