VVID Return, Refund & Buy-Back Policy

At VVID, every piece is crafted in limited quantities with strict artisan-led quality control. We accept returns, exchanges, and buy-back requests under the guidelines below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, inserts, and tags are intact.

  • The size delivered is incorrect.

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

Note: Products showing signs of wear, usage, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces.

  • Gift cards.

  • Limited “Final Sale” items (as marked during purchase).

  • Products damaged due to customer handling.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer one free exchange per order, subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative option.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are provided through:

  • Store Credit, or

  • Original Payment Method (eligible cases only).

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval. Refunds to cards/wallets are subject to bank processing times.

5. VVID Buy-Back Program (Exclusive Customer Benefit)

VVID offers a unique Buy-Back Program for customers who wish to return their VVID product for long-term sustainability and value retention.

Eligibility for Buy-Back

You may request a buy-back if:

  • The product was purchased directly from the official VVID website.

  • The item is in usable condition (no tears, burns, or extreme damage).

  • Original order proof or authentication details are available.

  • The product is not a custom or Final Sale item.

Products with significant damage, deep scuffs, or altered structure may receive a reduced valuation or may be rejected.

Buy-Back Value

Buy-back value is determined by the product category:

  • Footwear (Sneakers / Shoes): Up to 30–40% of original purchase value

  • Accessories (Future Collections): Up to 25–35%

  • Limited / Atelier Editions: Up to 20–30%

The final value is confirmed after a physical inspection by the VVID atelier.

Buy-Back Process

  1. Email support@vvidluxury.com with the subject line: “Buy-Back Request – Order #XXXX”

  2. Share photos of the product (sides, front, back, sole, and any areas of wear).

  3. The VVID Atelier Team will assess the images and share a preliminary buy-back value.

  4. If approved, you will be asked to ship the product to our facility.

  5. After physical inspection, the buy-back amount will be issued as VVID Store Credit (valid for 12 months).

Note: Buy-back credit is not issued as cash or a bank refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue.

  • Our team will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a resolution.

7. Return / Buy-Back Shipping

For eligible returns or buy-back requests:

  • VVID may arrange pickup in select regions.

  • In other cases, the customer may be required to ship the product back.

  • Packaging must be secure to prevent any damage during transit.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
